| Best Mountain Biking Experience | The TWW Moab trip in April '99 was pretty fantastic. So was Tahoe. Shoot, 1999 was a great MTB experience for me. |
| Worst Mountain Biking Experience | Still the ride with Wes and Masoud at Nisene Marks (40+ miles after not being on the bike for 6 weeks). I have never felt so horrible in my life. |
| Likes | Women mountain bikers who wear short lycra shorts and pearls, spending time with family and friends, cool bike stuff, putting a smile on people's faces. |
| Dislikes | Traffic, mean people, graffiti, dog slobber, drivers who don't use their turn signals, people who complain about something but never do anything about it, people who have it really well off and are truly fortunate, but bitch and moan about their life, and lastly, people who reportedly are friends with you, however, they never ask anything about your life or do not show any interest in it, and then just talk about themselves. Really, I'm not a bitter person. |
| Favorite fud | I like just about everything - and I've tried some strange stuff. Chicken feet anyone? Oh, and I really, really love peanut butter. |
| Toe-may-toe or toe-mah-toe? | may |
| Wool, cotton, silk, or polyester? | Cotton mostly, but I've got some of each (depending on the application of course) |
| Boxers, briefs, G-string? | Boxers to sleep in, briefs during non-sleep hours, G-string for stripping gigs, and nothing comes between me and my lycra on bike rides. |
| Favorite CD | I have a recordable CD-ROM so I can make sweet mixes. |
| Why You Mountain Bike | Because it reminds of the good ol' days when I was a kid riding my sweet yellow Huffy at that old dirt lot doing huge jumps with friends. It is one of the things that allows me to keep one foot in the sandbox. |
| If You Didn't Mountain Bike, You'd... | Try to re-live my glory days in baseball and pitch in the 30+ hardball league. |
| Goals in Life | To be in better shape than my children, live a fraction of the life my grandfather lived, keep in better touch with the people that really mean something to me, and be someone I look up to (see below). |
| In High School, Were You a Straight A Student, Nerd, Jock, Geek (check all that apply) | Pretty good student (3.65 GPA), hung out with the nerds at lunch, had a semi-bowl cut, and played on the varsity baseball team. A little of everything. |
| Someone you look up to | Anyone who actually makes a difference in this World. |
| Quote | "Don't believe in excess, success is to give..." God Part II, U2 |
| Something about you that we may not know | I have never finished one beer in my life to date. |
| If you could invite three people from history, who would they be? | My mother's parents (never met them - didn't even know I had another set of grandparents for the longest time), Julius Caesar (the Romans were studs), Marilyn Monroe (Seven Year Itch - Yeah Baby!). I know, that's actually four, but I'm counting my grandparents as one. |
