Best Mountain Biking Experience	Riding Sand Valley loop (?) near Mammoth. Had to climb up to +10,000 feet and then ride on double track through meadows, rock traps, and sand traps. Epic.
Worst Mountain Biking Experience	Crashed and burned trying to learn how to jump. I cleared the double beautifully and then face planted at the base of the second single. The ER doc stiched my lip and chin in 3 places and gave me good drugs. (~ 10 stiches but Mom never noticed the scars.) To add insult to injury, I gave myself poison oak by using my contamminated towel from the day before to clean off my face. I went to work with gauze on my face to cover up the stiches, road rash and poison oak oozing. My husband had to sleep next to the 'fleshy headed mutant' for 2 weeks!
