* 5th Annual Groovy Gravity Games *

Jeez, maybe you should have listened to us when we said last year was our last one (of course, we didn't say that this time). Crazy times. Mother Nature is one tough beotch. Thanks for doing your best and staying positive in less than ideal conditions. We still hoped you had a good time. Some of you went away heroes going down the G-Out. Amazing how a bike can go down that hill sideways and the rider can still stay upright.

Anyhow, thank you racers for making this the biggest GGG ever!!! And thank you to our sponsors for donating again to one of the best raffles in the biz. This actually will for sure be the last Groovy Gravity Games, as we've been told by a certain big time cable station that we can't use the last two words of our race together in our race name. Like seriously dude.

And of course, special thanks to the following people:

March 20, 2005 - MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!!

Well, you asked. We listened. So back by popular demand, the Groovy Gravity Games makes its triumphant return - one for the thumb baby!!! We'll do our best to out do last year's memorable event. Don't wait to register - we will fill this year's field. Some people have said we're a good warmup for that race in Monterey - well, we feel ours is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better (no disrespect to them, however this is a REAL downhill course, right?)

The course will be similar to our tried and true course with the berms and jumps and of course the freeway section. And this year, our friend Blake Von Knopka is our guest Course Designer, and he's building us a kick-butt course! Definitely some surprises added to the course, so make sure you get out and practice. As usual, we'll have the fun atmosphere, tunes playing throughout the day, results posted very quickly, and tons o' schwag - oh yes, we will!!!

Click here to see who's donating some KILLER LOOT to be raffled off!!!

Please note - while we are putting on a DH race, Team Wrong Way does not condone reckless DH riding on trails open to the general public (hikers, equestrians, etc.). We have chosen CSRVA as our venue because it is a motorcycle/4WD park - it will have minimal impact on the aforementioned users. Because the park is not utilized by hikers and equestrians, we believe this is an appropriate venue for a DH race. Please respect other trail users, ride in control, and ride on open trails only.
