TRAIL ISSUES

Team Wrong Way is committed to keeping trails open for mountain bikers. We have been a member of IMBA since day one, and several of our members are on the Bicycle Assistance Unit (BAU) of Mt. Diablo State Park. Our members have volunteered hundreds of hours to trail maintenance projects.

In fact we like to see all members participate in at least 20 hours of trail maintenance projects a year.

So on this page you will find a log of TWW's hours spent on trail maintenance with some pictures to prove we're actually out there working out butts off and not just offering lip service. Soon this section will include directions to & descriptions of our members' favorite trails.

If you have a favorite trail you would like to share, e-mail us!

If you don't help, who will?

Team Wrong Way would like to thank Clif Bar for their generous support during these trail maintenance projects. If you're not familiar with their product, maybe you should be - it's the best tasting energy bar on the market, bar none (sorry for the bad pun).

Check out our good friends at ROMP (Responsible Organized Mountain Pedalers) - they're an incredible group, responsible for keeping many, many miles of trails open in the South Bay and Peninsula. If you've ridden some of the schweet singletrack in the South Bay and on the Peninsula, you should get on your knees, bow with your hands over your head, and say "I'm not worthy" to ROMP. Team Wrong Way will be working with ROMP to help keep as many trails open as possible.

And puh-leeze don't forget to check out the IMBA (International Mountain Bicycling Association) site. Their efforts have done so much for the sport it's the least you can do!
